Founder, Archival Fashion + Bridal Style Consultant
Laura Ellner
With 25 years in the fashion industry — across styling, buying, creative direction, and sourcing — Laura’s superpower is finding the piece that feels instantly right. She has a trained eye for construction, fit, and the kind of vintage you don’t come across every day.
What sets RERACKED apart is her genuine passion for both the clothes and the people who wear them. Laura believes great pieces are meant to be lived in and enjoyed — not saved for “someday” or limited to a special event.
Her philosophy is simple: Never stop playing dress up.
You don’t need an occasion to wear something extraordinary. The dress is the occasion. YOU are worth celebrating.
RERACKED is about collaborating with clients who wish to express themselves, explore their style, and have fun doing it — without the overwhelm, the pressure, or the endless scrolling. She narrows the choices, cuts the noise, and guides clients toward pieces that feel natural, confident, and effortless.
Alterations + Restoration Specialist, Designer
Colleen Maccallum
Colleen specializes in couture-level bridal and vintage alterations, with deep expertise in historic textiles and garment construction. Trained through years of working with silk — one of the most technically demanding fabrics — her hand is precise, controlled, and highly attuned to fragile and antique materials.
She understands what old garments can withstand, how their internal structure functions, and how to reshape them without compromising integrity — knowledge you won’t find at a standard tailor. From restoring 19th-century pieces with period-appropriate materials to resizing and rebalancing proportion for modern wear, her work is meticulous and preservation-minded.
Colleen is also a designer, capable of transforming something ordinary into something extraordinary — refining silhouette, volume, and structure until the garment becomes intentional and architectural.
As she says,
“Silk is like women. People think we’re fragile — but we’re not. We’re strong.”
