Shipping policy

We pack and ship orders Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 3 business days for processing all online orders. We cannot ship to PO Box or APO addresses. FREE Shipping (5-7 DAY Business Days) on ALL US Orders over $75.

RERACKED offers free UPS Ground Shipping for all orders over $75 in the Continental USA (does not include Alaska or Hawaii). For customers shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, orders will ship via DHL Worldwide for $40 and takes 5-7 business days for arrival.

  International Shipping:
  International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from RERACKED. We will ship to all destinations around the world. We currently ship with UPS and the cost is a $50 flat rate fee.  
  
  General Shipping Policies:
  In the event of merchandise damage or loss during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. The same policy applies to stolen packages after they have been delivered to your destination.
  
  If you refuse any shipments from RERACKED, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
  
  Online Return Policy:
  All sales are final. Please refer to the return policy for more information. 
  
  In-Store Return Policy:
  All in-store purchases are final, unless there is an exception made by a manager at the store and a note is taken down.
